Agreement
These Terms govern use of OmniCore Lab's website and any account, mission, agent, file, manufacturing-intake, or related customer service we make available. By creating an account or using an authenticated service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use OmniCore for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in methods, sessions, and agent credentials and for activity authorized through your account. Do not share credentials in public prompts or files. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or an authorized agent has been compromised. OmniCore may require reauthentication or suspend access to protect the service.
Agents acting for you
You may be able to authorize software agents to act for your OmniCore account. Agents use their own credentials and receive only the scopes you grant. An agent does not become the account owner, an OmniCore administrator, or a source of physical authority merely because it can submit or read a mission. You are responsible for grants you intentionally issue and may revoke them subject to the service's available controls.
Your requests and files
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant OmniCore the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, copy, analyze, transform, transmit, and otherwise process that content to provide, secure, support, and document the requested service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and request the work.
Manufacturing requests
Submitting an intent, drawing, model, image, file, or requirement does not guarantee acceptance, manufacturability, timing, physical production, certification, or fitness for a particular use. OmniCore may request more information, hold a mission, reject unsupported or unsafe work, or stop work when requirements, authority, safety, capacity, or evidence are insufficient.
Prohibited manufacturing and misuse
OmniCore does not accept or fulfill requests to design, manufacture, modify, repair, optimize, reproduce, or obtain weapons, ammunition, explosive devices, or components intended for weapons. Additional prohibited uses, including attempts to bypass safeguards, compromise accounts or systems, introduce malware, or abuse the service, are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
AI and automated systems
OmniCore may use AI and automated systems to interpret customer intent and sources and to produce candidate analyses, plans, or outputs. Automated output may be incomplete or wrong and remains subject to OmniCore's validation, policy, authority, and safety boundaries. Do not treat public technical explanations or automated output as professional engineering, safety, regulatory, or certification advice for a specific application.
Free service and future paid features
Some or all customer features may initially be offered without charge. Free availability does not promise unlimited capacity, storage, missions, compute, or permanent availability. We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future, but we will not charge an account without an applicable pricing and authorization flow. Any account-specific contractual entitlement will be applied according to its server-owned account record.
Service changes and availability
OmniCore is evolving. Features may be experimental, limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may impose quotas, rate limits, file limits, supported-format limits, safety holds, or other controls needed for reliable and secure operation.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, legal risk, prohibited requests, excessive load, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and may request account deletion as described in Account & Data Rights.
Website and intellectual property
OmniCore Lab's website content, visual systems, software, trademarks, and original materials are owned by OmniCore Lab or used with permission. Except as allowed by law or an applicable license, do not reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected OmniCore materials without authorization.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and website are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for every purpose, or that a particular manufacturing result will be achieved. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCore Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any additional limitation applicable to paid manufacturing or commercial services may be stated in separate written terms. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms as OmniCore evolves. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
