LEGAL / 03

Acceptable Use.

Last updated October 5, 2026.

Purpose

OmniCore is intended for lawful, safe manufacturing and related technical work. These rules apply to users, authorized agents, submitted files, API activity, and attempts to cause work through the service.

Weapons and weapon components

You may not use OmniCore to design, manufacture, modify, repair, optimize, reproduce, procure, or facilitate weapons, ammunition, explosive devices, or components intended for weapons. Attempts to disguise or route prohibited weapon work through a benign description, file, agent, or machine program are also prohibited. Ambiguous dual-use requests may be held or denied.

Illegal or unsafe activity

Do not use OmniCore to violate law, infringe the rights of others, evade required regulatory controls, create unlawfully dangerous products, or request work you are not authorized to obtain or manufacture. OmniCore may require additional evidence, qualifications, or review before proceeding with safety-critical or regulated work.

Security and system abuse

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass authentication or account boundaries, discover or use another customer's data, defeat rate limits or quotas, disrupt service availability, conduct denial-of-service activity, probe non-public infrastructure without authorization, introduce malware, steal credentials, or obtain internal signing, controller, network, or security information.

Prompt injection and agent abuse

Do not use prompts, files, metadata, retrieved content, tool responses, or agents to attempt to override OmniCore policy, obtain secrets, expand permissions, forge authority, bypass prohibited-use controls, or cause unauthorized external or physical effects. Content submitted to OmniCore is treated as untrusted data and does not acquire authority merely because an AI system reads it.

Files and machine instructions

Do not upload malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized executable content. OmniCore may quarantine or reject unsupported, encrypted, scripted, macro-enabled, oversized, or otherwise unsafe files. Customer-supplied machine programs do not automatically become authorized execution instructions.

Abuse of accounts and agents

Do not create accounts or agents to evade suspension, quotas, policy enforcement, or identity requirements. Do not misrepresent an agent as another account owner or attempt to manufacture membership, billing, administrative, commercial, or physical authority through client-supplied fields.

Enforcement

OmniCore may deny a request, hold a mission for review, rate limit an identity or account, revoke an agent credential, suspend an account, preserve relevant security evidence, or take other reasonable protective action when we believe this policy or applicable law has been violated. Enforcement of this policy does not require OmniCore to manufacture or complete a prohibited request.

Reporting

Questions or security concerns may be sent to contact@omnicorelab.com.
